WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT : Under the current cap for outpatient Physical, Speech and Occupational therapy, many Medicare beneficiaries will be unable to receive the necessary therapy after an injury or illness. Congress has already crafted a bipartisan agreement to permanently repeal the cap on Medicare therapy services, they just need to pass it.
