DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: Rosa Belongs Here has made an appointment to present Rosa’s petition to Scott Tipton’s office. Many of us in the Four Corners have been collecting signatures on a petition to ask Scott Tipton to propose a private bill for Rosa giving her permanent residency in the U.S. February 27, 2020 will mark Rosa’s 1000th day in Sanctuary at the Mancos United Methodist Church in Mancos. We would like to have a HUGE crowd supporting Rosa at Tipton’s office when the petition is presented. We also expect to have media present. Please join us with your family and friends.
