9/1: Defend DREAMers and DACA
Many of you have heard by now that the President is reportedly considering ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program that allows nearly 800,000 DREAMers to live, study, and work in the country they call home with a measure of security and protection. This could happen as soon as today, September 1, 2017!
These DREAMers contribute to communities across Colorado every day because the federal government provided them the opportunity to do so through the DACA program. DACA has had a significant impact on the lives of so many people as well as on our state and nation!
DREAMers and their families are at risk and we need YOUR help to defend these young Coloradans!
